About Me

Heather: I am a busy mom of 4 working as an RN on a crazy medical-oncology floor. I'm working on my masters degree to become a Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama. I should be graduating December 2013. I live with my awesome husband, Christian, in a cute little house. We spend most of our time working in the garden or working on the house. We have the best vegetable garden ever! When not gardening, Christian loves playing online games with his friends and I love to go sing karaoke with mine. It is bliss at it's best. I also love running and exercise and I am trying to find time in my schedule to fit it all in.

Christian is majoring in commercial aviation. He is so smart. Christian likes games of any sort. We have tons of fun getting together with family and playing board and card games. He also loves computer games. All of them. If you name a game, he's probably played it. He is so loving and kind. We are so glad to have him!

Liz is the oldest. She has been second in command (in her mind) since the day there was someone to help command. She helps so much around the house and with her siblings. Liz is a writer and a reader. She is preparing for college next fall.

Katie is our artist. She is amazing at painting and pencil drawing. She got a book detailing how to draw the human figure from Christian and she has done some drawings that just wow us. She is fiercely independent. She is so funny and says things that make us laugh so hard.

Drew is a ray of sunshine. We wish that we were able to have her here more often. Nevada is just too far away if you ask us. Drew likes to write stories and do the illustrations herself. She and William can play Nintendo for hours. She loves to play with Christian's hair and paint his fingernails.

William is the boy. In every aspect. He struggled in a sea of girls until Christian came along. He can turn any object into a sword and challenge you to a dual. He loves to read, ride his bike (when the tire isn't flat), have his friends over, or play Nintendo. He is his cousin Roscoe's favorite person in the world.
